Pengra Access is a 94-acre, day-use park along the north bank of the Middle Fork of the Willamette River. The entrance is 5 miles northwest of Lowell along Pengra Road. This grassy oak-lined park features a popular boat ramp for anglers fishing for steelhead, salmon, and trout. The area also has a small picnic area and a quarter-mile trail.
