Park Overview This shaded park is located on the Sandy River southeast of the Stark Street Bridge on the Historic Columbia River Highway (Hwy 30). A popular destination for fishing, boating and swimming, the park features a beach area that fills quickly in the summer months, as well as picnic tables and grills throughout. A picnic shelter can be reserved for events with up to 50 people. The shelter is next to a volleyball court and horseshoe pits. An 18-hole disc golf course is popular year-round, and is one of the most technical and challenging courses in the Northwest. Know Before You Go Be
