Two Great Blue Herons were released on Saturday at the 6,150-acre Gulf State Park on Shelby Lake near Gulf Shores, Alabama. The birds were cleaned at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Theodore, Alabama. So far, nearly 1,000 birds have been cleaned up four wildlife rehabilitation centers from Louisiana to Florida.
